The Return and Cancellation Policies below were written to accommodate customer’s needs and also to address the specific nature of our merchandise.
After deciding upon your options, contact our Customer Service assistance within the time period of two working days specified to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving an RMA, you may proceed to return your item(s) for replacement or repair. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Order fully made with COUPON may not be exchanged or returned.

To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email our Customer Service Department:
1. Your order number
2. Product name and fashiontroy.com catalogue number of the item you wish to return
3. Reason for requesting a RMA
4.Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item
5.Requested replacement item's name, number and color
6. Your shipping address and phone number

Please note that because of the high cost associated with international shipping of our products, we can no longer accept returns of unwanted products that do not have damages or defects.
General for all products
1) All returns must be sent back to fashiontroy.com with prior authorization, i.e. a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
2) Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
3) Fashiontroy.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via a shipping method that gives a tracking number to ensure that it reaches us.
4) Fashiontroy.com reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice.
Defective Item Exchange
1) Fashiontroy.com will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid. Return shipping costs will be refunded in Fashiontroy.com Store Credit within seven (7) days of receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods, including Courier Services or Express Mail.
2) In cases of defective return, Fashiontroy.com will provide a replacement item instead of a refund. If the defective item is a Jewelry product (except Silver 925 and silverware products), it may be considered for repair service.
3) In cases where we believe that the defect on a returned item is caused deliberately, we may refuse to provide a refund for that item. Please note that we inspect our items before shipping out, and our items will not have large rips or stains.
1) Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to carefully read the size information of the products on our website, and decide whether an item will fit. In cases where detailed sizes of an item are given on our website, size exchange is not permitted, unless given express permission from our customer service department. The customer may sell the item to a third party.
2) Items returned for size exchange must be in mint, unused condition. Fashiontroy.com reserves the right to reject return and exchange of any items with wear, damage or removed tags.
3) Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of size exchange. Fashiontroy.com will be responsible for shipping fee of replacement. Fashiontroy.com will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
4) In cases where the specified size in a size exchange is not available, we will issue the customer store credit equivalent to the amount of the item being exchanged.
Unwanted or Unopened Item Refund
1) Because of the high cost associated with international shipping of our products, we can no longer accept returns of unwanted products. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Defective Item Repair
1) Only Jewelry products, excepting Silver 925 and silverware products, may be returned for repair.
2) Return requests must be filed/requested to our Customer Service Department within 14 days (for all Jewelry products, except Silver 925 and silverware products) of shipment receipt in order to qualify for return. Requests that exceed these specified periods may be refused or disregarded.
3) Suspected defective products will be examined by professional jewelers. Common reasons classified as "defective" are physical damage, unclean or dirty jewelry, and obvious separation of jewelry parts. Damage and defects unrelated to product quality will not be eligible for return.
4) If returned items require repair work after being examined by professional jewelers, a 4-5 week repair period will be required.
